Most pieces ship within about 2–6 business days after your order is confirmed, depending on the design, size, and current queue. Custom and larger projects may take longer—we will give you a realistic window when you inquire.
Yes. We produce work to order rather than holding large inventories of finished pieces. That supports better quality control, more finish options, and a more intentional process for each shipment.
In many cases, yes. Share dimensions, color references, and photos of your space via our custom order flow. We will confirm what is feasible for the design and material before you commit.
Your piece will match the listing in form, finish family, and overall character. Small batch production and natural material behavior mean tiny differences in texture or tone can occur—that is normal for made-to-order work, not a defect.
Yes, within reason. 3D printing can leave very fine layer texture or subtle variation from piece to piece, especially on curved or detailed surfaces. We finish pieces to look refined in real rooms; we do not promise injection-mold perfection unless a specific listing states it.
We regularly produce custom name signs, lettering, logos, and one-off gifts. Send vector or clear reference artwork, approximate size, and how you plan to display it—we will advise on structure, thickness, and mounting.
Yes. We work with businesses on branded objects, retail-ready runs, events, and repeat orders. Share quantity, timeline, and any brand guidelines; we will respond with pricing and production notes.
Each order is packed to protect edges and surfaces: cushioning, stable supports where needed, and outer cartons suited to the piece. We aim for unboxing that feels considered, whether it is headed to your home or a gift recipient.
Many of our sculptures, candle holders, and personalized pieces work well as gifts. If you need discreet packaging or a note with the shipment, mention it at checkout or in a message—we will do our best to accommodate.
Contact us with a photo of your shelf, desk, or table and the look you want. We can suggest scale and finishes that tend to photograph well and sit comfortably in modern, neutral interiors.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh solvents or abrasive pads that can mark matte finishes. For candle holders, follow sensible heat and clearance practices; when in doubt, ask us for the specific material notes for your item.
We ship domestically with tracking. Rates and carriers depend on size and destination; you will see options at checkout when available. If you are shipping to a non-standard address, reach out and we can confirm service.
Sometimes. Tell us your must-arrive date before you order. If the schedule is tight, we will say clearly whether we can meet it or suggest alternatives. Rush may not always be possible during peak periods.
Custom, made-to-order, and personalized pieces are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or materially different from what was agreed. Standard shop items may be returnable within a stated window—see our policy or ask if you are unsure before ordering.
