Business projects
Your proposal identifies the production plan and shipping approach. Design work, approvals, samples and finishing can affect the schedule. Carrier transit begins after dispatch and is separate from production time.
Have a fixed date?
Tell us the date the order needs to arrive and the destination ZIP code before you commit. A requested date is not confirmed until it is agreed for the order.
Large or complex deliveries
For oversized objects or special access requirements, we review packing, shipping and assembly arrangements individually. Tell us about stairs, loading access or delivery restrictions.
Damage or delivery concern
Contact sale@printfoundry.studio with the order number and relevant photos. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue. See our Refund Policy for the applicable process.
