A clear process, from the first brief to the finished order.

  1. 1 · Share the brief

Send a file or reference, approximate dimensions, quantity, intended use and required arrival date. If you need an NDA, ask before sending sensitive files.

  2. 2 · Review the proposal

We clarify open questions and quote the agreed design work, sample, production, finish and shipping approach. A website request is not an order or a reserved production slot.

  3. 3 · Approve the design

Review the proposed model, size, layout and color approach. We record the approved version before moving to the next stage.

  4. 4 · Review a sample where needed

For batch production or details that need physical checking, we agree a sample or first-article step. Confirm fit, appearance and any specified checks before the run.

  5. 5 · Produce and check

We make the order to the agreed specification and inspection scope. If a material issue or proposed change affects the order, we contact you before proceeding.

  6. 6 · Pack and ship

Packaging and shipping follow the agreed plan. Production timing and carrier transit are separate parts of the schedule.
